TrackForcePro ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension designed to help Salesforce administrators and developers with audit extraction, query building, and data exploration. This Privacy Policy explains how the Extension handles your data.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not send any information to external servers owned or operated by us.

3. Data Processing

The Extension processes the following data locally in your browser:

• Salesforce Session Data: Used to authenticate API calls to your Salesforce org. This data is never stored or transmitted externally.
• User Preferences: Settings such as tab visibility, custom favicons, and saved queries are stored locally using Chrome's storage API.
• Query Results: Data retrieved from Salesforce is displayed in the Extension and is not stored persistently unless you export it.

4. Permissions Explained

The Extension requests the following browser permissions:

• Tabs: To detect active Salesforce tabs and provide context-aware features.
• Cookies: To access Salesforce session cookies for authentication purposes only.
• Storage: To save your preferences locally in the browser.
• Scripting: To enable features on Salesforce pages you visit.
• Host Permissions (Salesforce domains): To communicate with Salesforce APIs when you use the Extension's features.

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension communicates only with Salesforce domains that you are actively logged into. We do not integrate with any analytics, advertising, or other third-party services.

6. Data Security

Since all data remains in your browser:

• Your Salesforce credentials are never exposed to us
• Your query results and audit data remain on your device
• Exported files are saved directly to your computer

7. Data Retention

User preferences stored via Chrome's storage API persist until you:

• Clear the Extension's data through Chrome settings
• Uninstall the Extension
• Manually reset settings within the Extension

8. Children's Privacy

The Extension is designed for professional use by Salesforce administrators and developers. It is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
